Formerly of the Antiva City Circle, formerly of Suledin Keep, Salvio has actually been with the Inquisition at Kirkwall for a long time now, but you've probably never seen him because he lives in his office and tries very hard not to attract attention. Members of Base Operations will know him as the guy who filed reports and took memos and was usually in the background if you went to talk to Seneschal Casoferrazza.

Now that Casoferrazza has been removed from his post and shipped back to Antiva, Salvio is still here, unwilling to be the boss but desperate for someone to step in and be the boss. Please, will someone be the boss. Please.

Reputation

Salvio is best known for being chronically overworked and stressed.

- Members of Base Operations will have handed him a piece of paper before. If there was any team bonding outing, Salvio made an excuse OR showed up for twenty minutes, held a cup of water, and then left when no one was looking.
- Mages associated with the Antiva City Circle will...... probably conflate him with some other nobody or misremember him entirely. He spent his time in the Circle trying to avoid being noticed. He didn't participate in any revolutions. He lived in the back, near the bay. All he ever heard were dolphins. Eee eee eeeee. Please stop talking to him.
